These Cottage Cheese Chips are a crispy, protein-packed snack you can make in the oven, air fryer, or even microwave. With just one main ingredient and endless flavor possibilities, this guilt-free treat is the perfect fix for snack cravings—crunchy, customizable, and ridiculously easy.


Ingredients

1 cup small curd cottage cheese (preferably 4% milkfat)
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
2 tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning (optional)


Instructions

Preheat oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C), or prepare a microwave-safe plate lined with parchment paper.

Line a baking sheet, air fryer basket, or microwave plate with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds of cottage cheese onto the lined surface, spaced apart to allow spreading.

Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle with optional seasonings like onion powder or Everything but the Bagel blend.

Bake in oven for 25–30 minutes, air fry for 8–10 minutes, or microwave on high for 3–4 minutes (watch closely).

 

Let chips cool before removing—they crisp up more as they rest.

Notes

Use full-fat (4%) cottage cheese for the best crisp factor.
Flattening evenly helps achieve consistent texture.
Mix in flavor variations like taco seasoning, smoked paprika, or chili flakes to customize each batch.
